I am a HSE Registered Solemniser and am legally authorised to solemnise marriges seven days of the week at a venue of your choice.

Please note that for a legally binding ceremony, the venue must be accessible to the public.

I am neither a humanist or a spiritualist.  I can be as spiritual, secular, agnostic or atheist as you want it to be.  You can choose whatever language, music, poems, readings or quotes as you like. 

For a legal wedding, the only part that I must include to adhere to the HSE guidelines, is that you agree “to accept each other as spouse” and that “you do not know of any impediment to the marriage” and the Marriage Referendum Form (“Green Folder”) is signed on the day.

For any other type of ceremony, there is nothing that must be included.

In Ireland, all couples must register their Intent to Marry with the HSE Civil Registration Service, no less than 3 months before their wedding date. You must both attend an in-person meeting, where you bring along the necessary documentation. You will then be given your Marriage Registration Form (MRF) in a green folder, which you will bring with you on your wedding day. This is signed during your ceremony, and it is then your responsibility to return it to the HSE Civil Registration office within 30 days of your ceremony and they will issue your marriage certificate.  

Yes, absolutely. I will write and deliver your personalised wedding ceremony, including any ceremony enhancements, and just omit the legal parts.

The ceremony costs are €650 for a wedding ceremony, €400 for vow renewals, €280 for naming ceremonies and €280 for funerals.
